Rebuilding strength is about discipline, faith, and consistency, not perfection. Personally? Each workout rebuilds not just my body but my confidence, endurance, and ability to be a present husband and father.

3 rounds:
20 jumping jacks β βI bring energy and focus to my life and family.β
15 squats β βI strengthen my body and resolve.β
10 push-ups β βI exceed my own expectations.β
20 mountain climbers β βI keep moving forward.β
30-second plank β βI am steady, resilient, and faithful.β
Finish with 3 deep breaths. Affirm: βI finish strong. I honor my faith, family, and purpose.β
Science & Stats: Regular bodyweight workouts improve muscle endurance, heart health, and mental well-being, even with 20β30 minutes, 3β4 times per week (Mayo Clinic, 2023).
