  • 20 mountain climbers β€” β€œI keep moving forward.”

  • 30-second plank β€” β€œI am steady, resilient, and faithful.”

Finish with 3 deep breaths. Affirm: β€œI finish strong. I honor my faith, family, and purpose.”

Science & Stats: Regular bodyweight workouts improve muscle endurance, heart health, and mental well-being, even with 20–30 minutes, 3–4 times per week (Mayo Clinic, 2023).
