Perseverance means showing up even when you don’t feel like it. That’s the real power. Today’s workout is simple but builds the muscle of showing up.

💪 Move Your Body: Perseverance Workout
Do 3 rounds:

  • March or jog in place — 1 minute (Wake your body up)

  • Bodyweight squats — 15 reps (Ground yourself)

  • Modified push-ups — 10 reps (Build strength)

  • Plank hold — 30 seconds (Hold your ground)

Finish by lying down, hand on your heart, and say out loud:
“I am renewed day by day. I persevere with hope.”

Don’t forget to stretch and hydrate after your workout — your body needs care to keep moving.
