Today is more than a Friday — it’s the first day of a brand new month. A reset. A chance to breathe, regroup, and walk into your future with confidence.
I want to speak to those of us who are still carrying the weight of last month — whether it was full of wins or full of setbacks. Personally? I didn’t hit every goal I set. I had days where I let old patterns creep in. Days where doubt and fatigue won.
But I’m not staying there.
And neither are you.
The past has its place — to teach, not to trap.
The future? That’s where we’re headed. And we’re stepping into it with movement, intention, and faith in what’s possible.
💪 Fitness Friday: “I’m Moving On” Workout
Let’s shake off the past and step into what’s next with movement that activates the mind and body. This workout is gentle, but full of purpose.
Do 3 rounds:
March in place or walk — 1 min (“I’m moving forward.”)
Bodyweight squats — 15 reps (“I am grounded and growing.”)
Wall push-ups — 10 reps (“I am strong enough to begin again.”)
Plank hold — 30 seconds (“I am steady. I am ready.”)
Finish with 3 deep breaths.
Say this to yourself: “I leave the past behind. My future is still being written.”
🧠 Mind-Body Reminder
Our bodies remember stress, disappointment, and stuckness. But they also respond to release.
When you move intentionally, you’re telling your whole system — “We’re not stuck anymore.”
