Fitness Friday
Today’s workout is all about moving your body and speaking words that build you up. Your mind and body work together—when you speak life, you feel stronger.
Try this simple workout anywhere:
3 rounds:
Jumping jacks — 30 seconds (“I am strong.”)
Bodyweight squats — 15 reps (“I am capable.”)
Push-ups — 10 reps (“I am worthy.”)
Plank hold — 30 seconds (silently: “I am enough.”)
Finish with a deep breath and say: “I speak life over myself.”
Wellness Tip: Don’t forget to hydrate before and after your workout—it helps your energy and focus.
