Don’t Let Fear Stop Your Progress
Fear can sneak in quietly and stop us right in our tracks. It can make us doubt ourselves, avoid taking that next step, or feel like we’re stuck—especially when it comes to fitness and wellness.
But here’s the truth: Fear doesn’t have to stop your progress.
Every small move you make pushes fear back a little more. Movement is powerful—not just for your body, but for your mind and spirit too.
💭 Mindset Check
Remember what we talked about earlier this week—fear tries to keep us safe by keeping us still. But staying still keeps you stuck.
Ask yourself:
What’s one thing fear is trying to stop me from doing today?
How can I choose to move forward anyway?
💪 Your Workout: Move Past Fear
Here’s a simple bodyweight workout to get you moving, wherever you are. No equipment needed.
Repeat 3 rounds:
Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
Bodyweight Squats – 15 reps
Push-ups (modify on knees if needed) – 10 reps
High Knees or March in Place – 30 seconds
Plank Hold – 30 seconds
After your workout, lie down, put your hand on your heart, and say:
“I didn’t let fear stop me today. I’m moving forward.”
