Control Your Body, Control Your Words
Fitness Friday
Control is a skill we build—in both our bodies and our words. Today’s workout helps you focus on control and intention in movement and speech.
Workout (3 rounds):
Jumping jacks — 30 seconds (steady breath)
Slow bodyweight squats — 15 reps (softly say: “I speak life.”)
Push-ups — 10 reps (say: “My words build me up.”)
Plank hold — 30 seconds (silently: “I control my words.”)
Focus on steady movement and mindful breathing. The discipline you build physically will support the discipline in your communication.
Wellness Tip: Hydrate well today and focus on slow, steady breathing throughout your workout.
